MovNat takes a unique approach to physical education, anchored on the practice and teachings of natural human movements. Their programs are designed to enable individuals to harness their inherent movement abilities, from basic actions like getting out of bed, to more intricate tasks like shifting furniture, or interacting with children.

MovNat’s core training is offered through workshops and affiliate gyms, where participants delve into their bodies’ range of motion and agility. These exercises, carried out in a secure environment, lead to the development of vital skills, strength, and conditioning, readying you for diverse situations and environments.

In essence, MovNat aims to create a connection with the natural world. It promotes skilful and adaptable movements, transforming nature into a holistic training environment. The approach is governed by 12 core principles that direct its Natural Movement practice, emphasizing practicality, adaptability, efficiency, mindfulness, instinctual action, and cooperative learning.

Emphasis is also placed on environmental friendly, by conducting exercises outdoors whenever possible, fostering a sense of connection with nature. Importantly, the MovNat method is founded on the belief that movement should be universal, progressive, and rooted in evolutionary human practices.

Their fitness discipline, created by Erwan Le Corre, encapsulates a broad range of skills, including breathing, ground movement, walking, running, jumping, vaulting, balancing, crawling, climbing, swimming, lifting, carrying, throwing, and catching. It’s all about mastering a versatile and functional set of movement skills that enhance not just physical health, but also mental well-being, fostering a sense of competence, peace, and grace.

MovNat’s mission is not only to equip people with essential movement skills but also to contribute to their self-actualization, quality of life, and even a sense of freedom.
