During the weekend, a skilled instructor will guide you through 40 exercises from the Move Your DNA book, ensuring you understand how to adapt each exercise to your body. You will spend three-quarters of the course on the mat, with additional time dedicated to walking, hanging, and exposing your feet to “vitamin texture.” The event aims to maximize outdoor experiences and fresh air, aligning with our innate need to move together outside.
