Foot Buddy, a venture born out of a father’s concern for his daughter’s feet, designs shoes with the needs of a toddler in mind. Tenzin, the founder, found a gap in the market for affordable and comfortable footwear designed for growing children. His daughter’s uncomfortable experiences with ill-fitting footwear prompted the creation of Foot Buddy’s First Collection – BOLD.
These shoes preserve the natural shape of a child’s foot, offering width and flexibility for natural movement. They also encourage air circulation with breathable cotton material and a thin 7mm sole to feel connected to the ground while providing necessary protection. More importantly, they are affordably priced, making them accessible to everyone.
Foot Buddy is not just about selling shoes, but also advocates for sustainability. Acknowledging the rate at which children outgrow their shoes, they partnered with Soles4Souls, encouraging customers to donate gently used shoes. These shoes are repurposed, preventing waste and promoting a cycle of reuse.
Their commitment to quality is reflected in the durability of their shoes, which come with a 6-month warranty. The shoes feature TPR soles and breathable cotton uppers, ensuring longevity and continued comfort for the little feet they’re made for.
