Nala Louise, founder of Wild Movement Collective, is an experienced fitness and wellness professional with over 17 years in the health sector. With a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts, certifications in NASM Personal Training, 200+ Yoga Teacher Training, and Precision Nutrition, Nala brings a unique perspective to her coaching.
