Nala Louise, founder of Wild Movement Collective, is an experienced fitness and wellness professional with over 17 years in the health sector. With a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts, certifications in NASM Personal Training, 200+ Yoga Teacher Training, and Precision Nutrition, Nala brings a unique perspective to her coaching.

Driven by her passion for reconnecting people with their natural abilities, Nala offers transformational natural fitness and lifestyle coaching. Services include group workshops, one-on-one coaching, online learning, community classes, and retreats for all levels.

Some of the coaching options available are:

  • Movement Coaching: In-person or online, with weekly communication and guidance on lifestyle modifications
  • Online Programme: Monthly personalized plans with weekly check-ins via Zoom or Whatsapp
  • Holistic Health MOT: Comprehensive program covering all aspects of health and wellbeing

Having traveled to Africa and Asia, Nala discovered the importance of a purposeful movement practice and connection to nature. Drawing from her own experience and studies in evolutionary biology, she aims to help clients achieve a healthier, more sustainable, and active lifestyle.
