Nestled in the heart of Rotterdam is Tall Tales Studio, the sole circus incubator in the Netherlands offering an open training room for professional circus practitioners and weekly classes for adults at all levels. Its location and range of services make it the bustling circus hub of the city.

The studio features fully equipped training facilities, including rigging points, a longe, and crash mats for secure and comprehensive practice sessions. Autonomous day training is available for professionals and experienced recreational circus practitioners with a membership.

In addition, open training sessions run every Tuesday evening and Sundays, welcoming all levels and disciplines, whether it’s acro, juggling, aerials, or other circus disciplines.

The studio also offers a diverse selection of courses:

  • Aerial Hoop courses for beginners and intermediate/advanced level participants focusing on flow, transitions, and dynamic elements such as turns and tempos.
  • Handstand classes, covering both foundational principles and advanced techniques, fostering a safe and sustainable approach to this skill.
  • Partner Acrobatics & Acroyoga, with provisions for all skill levels.
  • Aerial Silk classes for beginners and advanced learners, focusing on enhancing core strength, flexibility, and the art of creating elegant sequences.
  • Aerial Strapping, an emerging discipline, open to all levels.
  • Aerial Dynamics course, a perfect segue into the dynamic aerial world.
