However, due to injuries and burnout, he transitioned from competitive sports to focus on holistic health through varied exercises like MovNat, pilates, and functional bodybuilding. He is now based in Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, where he is surrounded by an environment that complements his fitness ethos.
Mihaly holds university degrees in chemical technology and health prevention, and is an ardent researcher of human physiology and diet. He has authored several books, sharing insights gained from over 30 years of athletic experience and research. His background includes achievements like being an Olympian, World Championship Bronze Medalist, and European Champion in canoeing.
