Primal Moves is a unique movement studio that emphasizes primal and ground-based exercises to enhance strength, mobility, and overall well-being. It’s a place where you can rediscover the natural movements we are born with, such as bending, squatting, lunging, twisting, pushing, pulling, and walking.

Members have full access to a range of classes both live and online, accommodating various fitness levels. Highlights include:

  • Full Membership: Includes live and online training programs, with access to the facility outside class times.
  • One-on-One Training: Personalized programs and frequent individual sessions with trainers.
  • Workshops and Special Events: Engaging and educational events open to all members.
  • Variety of Classes: Catering to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.
  • Animal Flow: A choreographed sequence combining fluidity and strength.
  • ZUU: High-intensity conditioning used by professional sports teams.
  • Yoga Classes: Including Yin Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, and Dynamic Flow Yoga.
  • ZUU Boxing: A combination of movement and boxing techniques.
  • Kinstretch: Focuses on body control, joint health, and injury prevention.

Primal Moves features expert trainers skilled in diverse modalities like ZUU and Animal Flow, all dedicated to ongoing education and improving fitness techniques.
