With a foundation in modern movement science and an emphasis on mindfulness, Petra provides online courses that introduce sustainable wellness practices. These courses include:

  • Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs): This daily movement and mobility program aims to improve balance, joint strength, and overall functionality in under 15 minutes a day.
  • Take10 Movement Coaching: This bite-sized coaching approach helps individuals enhance strength and mobility while learning healthier movement patterns.
  • Build Better Feet: This program is dedicated to constructing sturdy, healthy feet. Better feet invariably lead to improved ankles, knees, and hips, while also encouraging healthier walking habits.

Petra’s qualifications extend beyond academia; she is fueled by a personal passion for helping individuals understand their bodies better.
