Madeline Berky, a Master Instructor from Denver, Colorado, is an inspiring figure in the fitness world. As an athlete herself, her journey is rooted in overcoming personal hardships with the help of physical activity. Initially afraid of sports, she discovered the transformative power of movement during her high school years when rowing helped her navigate through depression and an eating disorder.

Madeline’s belief in the healing and empowering properties of movement is not just theoretical – it’s borne out of personal experience. Her commitment to fitness led her to become a Four-time NCAA D3 Rowing National Team Champion and the 2014 Southwest CrossFit Regional Team Athlete. As a coach, she extends her passion for fitness to others, leveraging her extensive qualifications, including CrossFit L1, L2, Mobility, Football, Onnit Durability Certified, and USAW L1, to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Madeline’s approach to fitness goes beyond the physical, incorporating a holistic perspective that values mental health. She credits Animal Flow, a comprehensive movement system, with supporting her through periods of depression. As a Master Instructor, she continues to use this modality to benefit not only her own health but also the well-being of her clients.

In addition to her fitness credentials, Madeline is a Certified Nutrition Consultant from Bauman College, reflecting her dedication to a holistic lifestyle. Her goal is to help her clients create a healthier and more fulfilling relationship with food and their bodies. Madeline’s unique and compassionate approach to fitness ensures her clients receive a comprehensive service that addresses both their physical and emotional needs.
