Editors' note

Kelie is an experienced fitness trainer with a passion for helping individuals tap into their athletic potential. Her journey began seven years ago when she left her career as an English teacher to immerse herself in the fitness industry. In 2016, she established the Power of C Fitness Studio, a space dedicated to women’s health and fitness in Hsinchu, Taiwan.

Her personal struggle towards athleticism underscored the importance of both physical and mental resilience, driving her to inspire clients to transform into everyday athletes. Kelie’s repertoire spans across several disciplines including Animal Flow, kettlebells, weight training, and spinning. She also extends her expertise as an interpreter for fitness-related workshops.

Kelie’s encounter with Animal Flow in 2018 revolutionized her own movement philosophy. Fascinated by the potential of body movements, she pursued further training, flying to Hong Kong for advanced workshops. Today, she teaches Animal Flow in both group and individual settings, aiming to empower others to discover the strength within their own bodies.

Kelie’s qualifications are extensive and include:

  • University of Utah Speech Communication degree
  • American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer
  • Kettlebell Concept Level 2 Instructor
  • Co-presenter of SRE (Safe Return to Exercise program for post/prenatal women)
  • HIRT (High Intensive Resistance Training) Level 2 Instructor
  • THUMP Boxing Level 3 Instructor
  • ViPR PRO Instructor
  • Certified Female Health & Performance Coach

With a lifetime of enthusiasm for sports and fitness, Kelie is devoted to guiding her clients towards a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle, fostering a community of stronger human animals through her unique approach to fitness.
