Katharina “Kathi” Havlicek, is a dedicated and experienced trainer with a strong background in natural movement. After working in science for five years, she transitioned to become a trainer, focusing on MovNat, a holistic approach to fitness.

Kathi’s services include:

  • Training at a MovNat licensed facility
  • Online coaching through the MovNat Online Coaching Team
  • Personal and group training sessions

Her qualifications include:

  • Medical Biotechnology degree (Dipl.Ing. (FH))
  • MovNat Level 3 Trainer
  • MovNat Combatives Trainer
  • Certified Athletic-Fitness-Coordination Trainer
  • Life and Social Consultant with a focus on sports science advice

Growing up in the city, Kathi spent her holidays in the countryside, exploring the woods and developing a love for natural movement. With over 20 years of experience in Japanese martial arts, Parkour, and weightlifting, she has honed her skills in various natural movement patterns.

Kathi became the first European woman to pass the MovNat Level 3 Certification and now serves as a MovNat Team Instructor. Her passion for coaching, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and sharing her fascination with the MovNat method drives her to help others achieve their fitness goals.
