José Lagos Marín weaves a passion for diverse sports into holistic fitness coaching, instilling an appreciation for movement in everyday life. From childhood, José explored various disciplines – tennis, soccer, golf, basketball, and sport climbing, later spending five years as a ski instructor. This experiential breadth informs his unique teaching approach.
Offering over a decade’s experience in exercise and education, José cultivates ventures driven by personal motivation. In 2019, he embraced Animal Flow, a fitness discipline promoting comprehensive human development, and has since become a Master Instructor for South America. Further, his curiosity for movement led to certifications as a Steel Mace instructor. José constantly expands his sports science knowledge, ensuring optimal service to his students. His current training program, Reach – Mindful Movement, concentrates on body awareness and overall physical skills development, advocating physical activity as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Equally important to his role as a coach, José cherishes time spent with his family, finding strength in his convictions through them. His interactions with nature and friends deeply influence his identity. Committed to the belief that training bolsters mental health, he persistently seeks to empower his students towards maintaining an active, joy-filled lifestyle.
