HumanWild, led by Loren Fjord, presents a unique and holistic approach to fitness, blending elements from various disciplines to optimize strength, range, and skill development. Fjord’s journey in physical culture began with unconventional activities like parkour, laying the foundation for his deep understanding of movement and body mechanics. His expertise is supported by a B.S. in Kinesiology and Nutrition, numerous certifications including Level 3 MovNat Instructor and BioForce Certified Conditioning Coach, and extensive experience in gymnastics, parkour, and personal training.

HumanWild offers a comprehensive online training program, The Pulse Program, delivered through a smart phone app or web browser. This program is designed as a Human Physical Preparatory Program (HPPP), focusing on making individuals more capable in various aspects of physicality. It includes:

  • Access to the TrueCoach app.
  • 8 weekly training sessions with video demonstrations.
  • Daily joint health routines.
  • Direct messaging with the coach.
  • Video feedback for exercise improvement.
  • Exercise history tracking.
  • Quarterly physical assessments.
  • Monthly educational group calls.
  • Access to an extensive program and resource library.
  • Nutrition and sleep guidance.

Additionally, Fjord provides private training options, including in-person and video sessions, covering areas like gymnastic strength, parkour, natural movement, and injury prehab/rehab. He emphasizes quality over quantity, ensuring personalized attention for each client.
