The facility is led by Julie Thom, a well-accomplished Wellness and Movement coach, with extensive qualifications including a Master’s degree in Human Kinetics and certifications in Yoga, Functional Training, and Trauma-Informed Movement coaching. Her passion for movement and optimization of the human body is rooted in personal experiences and an innate love for puzzles.

Fitomize’s approach is based on their signature Fitomize Formula, which combines strength and conditioning, functional medicine, and alternative healing methods to address the deep-rooted causes of pain and tension.
