The facility hosts Reformer and apparatus group classes, maintaining the integrity of Pilates principles in a dynamic setting with 2-5 participants. Additionally, Zoom Small Group Movement classes focus on full body workouts incorporating self-tissue release, helping facilitate healthy joint alignment and movement rhythms. The facility also offers Pilates. Suspended., an alfresco experience, which incorporates Pilates mat work using a TRX Go system for an outdoor experience that strengthens balance and mobility.
Elemental Fitness also offers Soul:Sole sessions, which are in-person walking or hiking sessions, as well as virtual or phone sessions for those who want to gain clarity and elevate aspects of their lives.
