Founder Nancy Allen Burns leads the team, holding certifications in Restorative Exercise, Personal Training, and Strength Training for Older Adults, among others.
The vision of the facility is to change the way aging is approached, focusing on fitness through pain-free movement, lightness of spirit, and healthy aging. The studio offers a science-based approach to movement, ensuring that each individual’s needs are met with compassion and expertise.
