Ben Medder, founder of ‘Move With The Seasons’ and ‘Move With The Trees’, is an innovator in the field of natural movement training. Once an IT professional, he chose to abandon the “security” of his desk job to embrace the freedom of movement. His coaching philosophy draws on 13 years of experience, blending various disciplines to inspire a lifestyle that prioritizes connection, creativity, and change.

Medder offers an online coaching to in-person sessions. Whether you prefer group workshops, one-on-one training, or interactive online community engagement, Medder’s coaching platform caters to individual needs and preferences.

Having trained as an Evolve Move Play coach and a Fighting Monkey Stray Dog/Instructor, his qualifications are both diverse and comprehensive. This multifaceted expertise allows him to provide a holistic approach to movement, helping individuals understand and adapt to their ever-changing bodies in a constantly evolving environment.

His passion lies in exploring the relationships between the body, people, and place. Through movement, he seeks to foster a deeper understanding of these relationships, while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability, health, and wellbeing. His training techniques emphasize:
