With his extensive expertise and passion for natural movement, functional training, martial arts, capoeira, dance, pilates, and body weight training, Ken provides a unique training approach.

Classes are conducted at the BeMoreActive studio in Huldenberg and are also available online. There’s also the option for one-on-one sessions or small group training.
Alica Lickova, a certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher, leads the yoga sessions at BeMoreActive. Born in Slovakia, she’s fluent in English and Dutch and focuses on helping you discover inner balance, strength, and peace through yoga.
