Mina and her team at alignmentLAB are passionate about helping individuals achieve better health and improved well-being through natural movement methods. They believe that a daily dose of movement is an investment in one’s health and that everyone has more influence on their health than they might think.
The vision of alignmentLAB is to inspire people to move more diversely and embrace their true selves. By teaching the principles of total body alignment, the studio aims to bring joints into a neutral starting position for exercises, enabling individuals to quickly and easily assess where exactly in their bodies more flow is needed.
A new course, “Sterk en Stabiel for 50+,” is designed to improve balance and mobility. Taking place twice a week over four weeks, this course is perfect for those who want to engage in gentle yet effective exercises that strengthen bones, muscles, and protect joints. It is based on the exercises from the book “Dynamic Aging” by Katy Bowman.
In alignmentLAB, individuals can experience natural movement techniques based on Pilates, Nutritious Movement, and other natural methods. With lifestyle and movement tips for use at home and work, clients can achieve faster results.
