Theory sessions begin Friday night, setting a solid foundation for your exploration into movement. Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons bring invigorating physical training, where you’ll experience MovNat’s techniques. Whether you’re a beginner wanting to try new fitness approaches or an advanced participant preparing for certification, the workshop will adapt to fit your needs. We recognize individual strengths and areas for improvement, facilitating a personalized experience.
Beyond the exercise component, the workshop offers a unique culinary journey with a full-board Stone Age (paleo) diet. Expect three-course dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings, hearty breakfasts, and lunch, and either dinner or a packed lunch on Sunday evening. The meals are free from cereals, dairy products, salt, sugar, and hard edible fats. Instead, we celebrate vegetables, root vegetables, and locally sourced animal products, catering to your taste buds and well-being.
The accommodation aspect has been thoughtfully catered for, with participants sharing double rooms complete with sheets and towels. The aesthetic charm of the rooms, each with a distinctive theme, enhances the overall experience.
In the spirit of holistic wellness, additional activities include sauna sessions, excursions to waterfalls, and guided tours to Europe’s second-largest rock carving area. Transport to and from the bus connection in Näsåker is provided, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
