We share an insanely ambitious goal
But one we’re very passionate about and chances are, you are too. Like us, you’re most likely sick of seeing our fellow humans living lives made difficult, painful and just plain shortened by an increasing list of physical and mental health predicaments. And like us, you’re fed up with the countless obstacles that need to be overcome to just live healthily and more naturally. We create such obstacles ourselves but we also have to contend with those enshrined in social norms.
What’s even more frustrating, it’s that, as we know, it doesn’t have to be that way. A lifestyle with more movement and better foods almost always results in vastly improved physical and mental health, capabilities and all around better lives. But while it’s simple enough in theory—“move more and eat better”—it gets more complex in practice. How do we find time to move? If we have limited time, what type of physical activity is the most beneficial? What does “eating better” means? We have a treasure trove of information these days but it’s not so easy to sort out which info is reliable and which is just bro-science or just wellness myths amplified by social media.
The Foresighted Community
We’ve built the Foresighted Community as a platform to connect all of us, sharing the same mission, with each other and with the people trying to improve their lifestyle. It’s still in beta but the foundations are there and soon we’ll be opening up to the public. You can go ahead and create your profile on it right now though, so you don’t start from a blank canvas when we launch publicly. Our long-term vision is ambitious but you can, from today, share and recommend resources that are in line with our mission.
These can be books, fitness methods like Movnat, online courses, minimalist footwear, food brands you trust, local places and professionals assisting people in training or healing, etc. There is already a number of resources shared that you can simply look up and recommend in one click.
Our goal with this feature is twofold:
1. make it easier for people to adopt a better lifestyle by listing all the resources they might need, so we reduce obstacles towards behavior change and barriers to entry towards a better life.
2. make it easier for you to group all your recommendations in one place that you can share with your own clients, users or followers.
People can also follow you so that they can be made aware when you share or recommend a new resource. We hope this will prove useful for everyone involved and simplify how we can share our own trusted recommendations and improve both transparency and reliability.

We’ll be featuring the active and trusted experts on our social media channels so you do benefit from a head start. You will also be the first to know about the upcoming features soon to be launched and will also be first in line to apply to be a Foresighted Ambassador, recognizing your engagement and impact towards creating a better world.
