How we provide you with hands-on support

Please note that we’re currently creating a brand new offering that will allow us to support much more persons at a wider scale than we currently can handle. This will take the form of brand new courses and products that will complement our current, much more hands-on approach.

They will all use the most recent behavioral science results to support you as simply and efficiently possible. We combine this with the possibilities offered by digital devices and wearables to offer truly innovative guidance power by an AI engine.

Individual One-Time Consultations (a few openings each month)

One-time video consults lasting 1h to 1h30 with the goal of assessing where you’re at with your movement and nutrition. We’ll identify the obstacles you currently face and devise strategies to help you overcome them. You will be provided with an action plan and priorities after the consultation that will form the basis of a self-guided program addressing your exact needs and taking into account your constraints.

White-glove guidance (waitlist only)

Our concierge programs provide you with direct and ongoing support to help you change your habits gradually. Tailored exactly to your exact needs and goals, we provide support both pro-actively and on-demand.

White-glove habits change: Movement

During this 3 months program—duration tailored to your actual progress, we work together to add more movement in your life. We guide you to see and take advantage of movement opportunities in your daily life, even with a very busy schedule. This comprises workout programs but goes much deeper, and aims at transforming your everyday lifestyle into a very active one. Workouts might even become optional depending on your goals.

White-glove habits change: Nutrition

This 3 months (at least, progress can be slower) program aims at building an excellent nutrition foundation in terms of habits. These habits will get your nutrition 80% of the way towards the perfect diet for your goals and situation.
Barring medical conditions, these foundational habits are common for everyone. We then work together with a qualified nutritionist to create a habit-forming plan that will address the remaining 20%, as formulated and individualized for you specifically.
