With a holistic approach to fitness, Flyt Club values physical, mental, and emotional well-being equally. This is a place where meaningful movement, strength, focus, and ambition intertwine to empower personal growth and pursuit of a fulfilling life.

In the studio, a variety of classes are offered to keep your routine fresh and invigorating. From Bootcamp and Strength circuits to Spinning and Cardio Core, diversity in movement is a core principle. One distinctive offering is Animal Flow, a bodyweight movement system that enhances understanding of the body and boosts overall fitness.

Partnering with Fighters United, Flyt Club also offers authentic traditional Muay Thai classes led by Kru Nigel Soreta, a veteran with over 20 years of experience. These classes cater to varying skill levels, whether you’re a beginner seeking to learn a new skill, someone staying active, or a seasoned fighter aiming to test yourself in the ring.

Flyt Club offers flexible membership plans to suit individual needs, including drop-in sessions, class packs, and unlimited memberships. This flexibility allows you to choose a plan that best aligns with your fitness goals and lifestyle.
