Indulge in delicious, locally sourced vegetarian meals (with vegan options available), prepared using foraged and bio-dynamic ingredients. The menu includes mouth-watering dishes like wild fennel, nettle and dandelion homity pie, black bean and sweet potato chili, and foraged blackberries and elderflower crumble.

Your hosts, Sylvia and Nala, bring their passion for foraging, art, and movement to this one-of-a-kind retreat. Sylvia’s expertise in illustration and foraging merges with Nala’s extensive background in movement, yoga, and natural fitness, creating a well-rounded experience for all attendees.

In addition to engaging activities, the retreat also features a woodland spa complete with a spring-fed creek for cold dipping, a traditional wood-fired barrel sauna and hot tub, a healing mineral bath, and an ice barrel. This serene space provides the perfect opportunity to relax and restore your body after a day of exploration and movement.
