White-glove habits change: Movement
During this 3 months program—duration tailored to your actual progress, we work together to add more movement in your life. We guide you to see and take advantage of movement opportunities in your daily life, even with a very busy schedule. This comprises workout programs but goes much deeper, and aims at transforming your everyday lifestyle into a very active one. Workouts might even become optional depending on your goals.
White-glove habits change: Nutrition
This 3 months (at least, progress can be slower) program aims at building an excellent nutrition foundation in terms of habits. These habits will get your nutrition 80% of the way towards the perfect diet for your goals and situation.
Barring medical conditions, these foundational habits are common for everyone. We then work together with a qualified nutritionist to create a habit-forming plan that will address the remaining 20%, as formulated and individualized for you specifically.
