Movnat HQ just announced Saturday July 13th 2019 as the date for the worldwide Movnat Summer Meet Up day this year.
Let’s do our own Winter Meetup Day in Sydney!
Where: Rushcutters Bay Park, at the Waratah St reserve. Click here for map. We’ll meet at the playground there then move around the park.
When: 4pm-5:30pm on Saturday July 13th.
What: depending on everyone’s requests, but there will be something for everyone
Who: anyone interested in or practicing Movnat. All fitness levels welcome, from sedentary persons looking to start a fitness practice to advanced Movnat practitioners that will be challenged.

I’ll organize a couple of other meetups soon after for people working in/around the CBD where we would meet over lunch for a Movnat session.
